94.10 Newbie Challenge

Every once in awhile, we offer a special promotion to new and returning players, or current players looking for an extra challenge, the NEWBIECHALLENGE!

The newbie challenge is presently INACTIVE.

Characters created after August 1st, 2021 will have the opportunity to earn 750 CREDITS if they meet a few criteria in the first 30 days following their creation.

The criteria are as follows! In your first 30 days of creation, you must:

Complete 1 of 3:
- Attain Level 75
- Attain Admiral 1 in Captaincy (Level 50)
- Attain Level 19 in Hacking

AND

Complete 4 of 7:
- Deliver, crush, or compress 5000 units of raw asteroids and/or gas.
- Participate in 25 Cosmpiercer assaults or Arena events (duels/spars count, 
but only one per day!)
- Establish a modding WORKSHOP and invest a total of 3000 research credits.
- Harvest 100 Ta-Deth crystals from caches
- Form a band and achieve a popularity of 25 (it must be a new band, you can form a new band together, but the founder of the band must also be eligible for the challenge).
- Complete 75 unique quests
- Complete the main quest

Eligible players can type NEWBIECHALLENGE at any time to track their progress.
