Hit your target with your taser, causing either severe spasms or weakening their knees, depending on their muscular damage. A target with more than 50% muscular damage receives spasms. If there is static on the taser, it will consume all the static to knock the target off balance for a duration depending on the amount of static consumed, to a maximum of 4 seconds.
