8.15 Cooldowns

While you can use most of your abilities provided you have regained your balance and aren't hindered or incapacitated, some abilities, skills and actions (and even quests) can only be performed every so often. This is what we call a COOLDOWN. You will usually be informed when trying to perform an action that it isn't available yet.

To see what abilities and actions are currently on cooldown, you can use the COOLDOWNS command.
