13.2 Clans

Clans are informal groups that can be formed by anyone for any purpose. 
Everyone may join up to ten clans, though extra clan slots may be       
purchased through the ARTIFACT command for 50 credits.                  

 Here are some of the more common commands:

   JOIN <clan>               Join a clan with open induction. 

   CLAN INFO <clan>          See public information, if any, about a 
                             clan.          

   CLAN FORM <name>          Start a new clan! It costs 50,000 Marks.

   CLAN BUY HISTORY          Buy a channel history for your clan! It costs 
                             25,000 Marks.

   CLAN SWITCH <clan>        Make a clan active.

   CLAN INDUCT <person>      Induct someone into your active clan. 

   CLAN LEAVE                Quit your active clan (you'll be prompted
                             to AGREE).         

   CLT <text>                Speak on the channel for your active clan.

   CLAN <clan> TELL <text>   Speak on a specific clan channel.

   HISTORY <clan>            Look at a clan's channel history, if it has
                             one.

   CLAN WHO                  Show who is currently visibly online in a
                             clan.

   CLAN MEMBERS              Shows a list of current clan members.

   CLAN MUTE <clan>          Mute a clan, hiding any clantells.

   CLAN UNMUTE <clan>        Unmute a clan.

   CLHELP INDEX              View all available help files in your
                             active clan.         

   CLHELP <file>             Read a specific help file in your active
                             clan.

   CLAN STATUS               Shows some brief info about your current clan.

   CLAN LIST                 Lists all clans you are a part of.

   CLAN LIST OPEN            List all clans with open induction.

   CLAN LIST ALL             List all clans.
