Checking SHIPCUST unlocks.

Shipcust zines should also now respond to PROBED by showing whether or not you've unlocked the customizations within.

There seems to be some varied functionality with older zines which changes how they give out customizations. Older zines occasionally have multiple unlocks available, but they don't seem to give them all out at once. If that's the case, there may be room to improve here - Please let us know if you notice anything strange!
