Hello sector!

A new 'wedding' power has been added to factions. Leaders and aides with this power allow people to get married in their current room. The power has been granted to Paperpushers in Scatterhome, if you'd like this changed you can hold a REFERENDUM.

The wedding dynasty perk has also been bugfixed--it should now properly allow this same functionality to the dynasty leader when the perk has been purchased.
