Facility fixes continued continued continued.

Hi all!

Another round of facility fixes. But first, one balance change for solos:

- Overseers in solo mode now start at Normal difficulty and eventually go up to Hard, instead of starting and remaining at Hard. If you're currently in a facility, you'll need to grab a new one for this change to take effect.

And the fixes:

- Fixed a room in Dreg End improperly marked as Koryphi, which was causing a misleading line in FACILITY REPORTS. This also fixes the occasional Xeno getting dropped into Dreg End.
- For those of you unaware, Voidism Freeze applies an internal cooldown on the target in which they cannot receive another Frozen affliction, meant to throttle the effectiveness of Shatter in groups. This was causing unintentional behavior with Expedient Surge, such that Frozen stacks would pile up slower with higher levels of Expedient Surge. The internal Frozen cooldown on targets now reduces in accordance with balance reduction from Expedient Surge.
- The Crystalline affix can no longer be targeted with Weakening Surge.
- With facilities, we have seen a large increase in PvE against mobs that do not reset back to their original rooms, but rather simply die forever. This has brought to the surface a number of pre-existing issues.
- When a mob delivers an affliction, their status as the affliction giver is now stripped if they are deleted.
- Subsystem dealt messages should no longer display "an undefined replica" for mobs killed before subsystem damage occurs.
- Also cleared out some untrappeds related to this.
- Cleared out a number of untrappeds with Overseers, especially with target redirection or blocking effects.
- Overseers that recklessly use AOE attacks, damaging Vihana in the process, should no longer aggro their underlings. This should clear out bugs causing Overseers to seemingly disappear, but still keep an eye out for that.
- Sorry BEASTs, I messed up when changing Haemotoxin to a stacked affliction, overwriting Blazing's max stacks to 8. This is fixed, and Blazing has been restored to its proper 8 stacks. Also, Haemotoxin stacks properly now, so enjoy the fixed Poisonous affix!
- The Conniving affix works now.

Still diagnosing an issue where Engineer bots are destroyed on facility leave, and issues related to afflictions that trigger effects on movement during LEAVE FACILITY when the instance is being closed.

Regards,
Neritus
