BEAST and Nano updates.

Hi all!

As it turns out, Wristblade scaling to both bleed and blazing was a bit overtuned. We wanted to keep its oomph, but make it less spammable.

- Blazing scaling for Wristblade abs had a formula touch-up
- MWP Wristblade still scales to bleed, but at a lower modifier. The modifier is higher when plasma blade is active, but all bleed stacks on the target are cauterized in the process.

Meanwhile, the change to Confound exposed a deeper issue that Nanoseers have faced for a long time: You Must Construct Additional Nanites. Rather than a proportional decrease in the nanite cost of Confound to the balance reduction, we're going to try the following solution:

- Progenitor nanite regeneration bonus up from 20% to 30%.
- Architect nanite cost bonus up to 25% from 10%.

As always, we're ever monitoring to see how the situation on the ground develops 🙂

Take care,
Neritus
