Ghostbusting Armor.

Hello, Sector!

With renewed attention to armor resistances, we were able to hunt down a mysterious bug involving certain abilities which target particular limbs not handling armor resistance properly. Even some abilities that don't expressly mention being limb-targeted are, indeed, limb-targeted, such as Dualshot, which targets the torso.

The bug is now squashed, and you can expect these abilities to average out the armor resistances of armor pieces in the slots within the limb scope. If this all sounds confusing, don't worry, I'll try and explain it better another time in HELP DAMAGE and/or HELP ARMOR.
