Some Quality of Life.

Hello Starmourners!

We have been focusing on BEASTs recently, but I wanted to make sure we also tried to improve everyone's quality of life. So I have some improvements for you:

- Engineer bots will follow the engineer if pushed, the bots will ignore the combat state, so they will no longer need to theoretically crash to follow you.
- Homeport can no longer fail and has been greatly sped up.
- Nanoseer analyze will now also show muscular information.
- Scoundrels taking cover on a prop with a hidden IED will no longer blow themselves up if it was their IED.
