Ship beacon and cargo honors.

Hello once again Sector!

- SHIP BEACON has been modified once again (and hopefully for the last time in a long time). The output now sorts correctly according to distance, and the order of the columns has been shuffled as a result.
- The "Cargo Recovered" honor now works, but there's no way to apply this retroactively, so you'll all have to start fresh!
