Battlebot stats.

Hello!

I continue to make minor adjustments to battlebots to try to keep the balance tight and fair. While we tested over many days, to the point Neritus made a bot testing setup we could let run for a few hours, we could not anticipate the later issue found. After fixing an issue (noted in a previous posted), it kind of invalidated our prior balancing, but we had already released. I commit to continuing to make things the best they can be.

As part of this, some of you may have noticed some stat changes. Basically, some bots have an edge when being generated: Heavys gain health and armor, speedy gets faster (but loses health), etc. Recently I lowered bonus stats on a couple of bots, so if you notice a stat seems lower, that is not a bug.

Battle it out!
