Greetings once again Sector,

A range of issues which involved things happening in space in range but from adjacent zones have been resolved!

- Ship Beacon now reports space entities in range, even outside the current zone. The output now contains an extra column to reflect the zone of each space entity.
- You can queue up jobs in an autofactory/refinery from adjacent zone if it's in range.
- You can SHIP TRANSFER from adjacent zones so long as you're in range.
- You can dock with things from adjacent zones in range.
- SHIP DETONATE will hit things in adjacent zones.
- You can tether asteroids in range in adjacent zone.
- Space mobs can target you from adjacent zones, and you should be able to target them.
