Winterflame Quest Adjustments.

Addressed to:

- The quest Winterflame: Damn These Imps! has had an XP reward added.
- If you abandon Winterflame: Damn These Imps! it will trigger the cooldown (for those who don't want to deal with having the quest thrust upon them for awhile)
- A small reward has been added for people who prove themselves to be extra enthusiastic about doing imp-related quests.
