Death and INRs.

We're pleased to announce some small changes to Death and INRs to promote more meaningful conflict surrounding these features.

- INRs are now locked by quantum encryption for 30 minutes after the owner dies. During this time, only the owner can scan it.
- Existing INRs will now drop when you log out or are slain.
- MINDSIM TRACK INRS will now give you more concise information about where the INR is (if it's in a corpse, will tell you which room your corpse is in etc.)
- The regeneration sequence has been extended, giving death a bit more gravity, and allowing more ample use of resurrection abilities.

We have some more changes coming to this arena in the coming days, but this first batch is now live!
