Various fixes.

Many apologies for my absence, some health issues have kept me away for the last week or so. And I've left things in a ...uh... questionable state with xenoslayers. Now I'm back to fix things up. Let's go over a few things:

- Despite my efforts, mobs refused to remember that you hit them after they killed you. Must've had something to do with them wiping their records of you when you die...heh. So let's scrap that attempt and try a new approach: Mobs will definitely remember when they kill you now. ALL mobs do that now until their death. When you kill a mob that killed you, you will earn 25% bonus experience for that kill...vengeance is sweet! Also, this will help with tracking who participated on a rare mob kill
- Xenoslayers rankings now grant an honors line for the 1st xenoslayer
- Xenoslayer mobs now grant 2/4 renown instead of 1/2. Mobs created by the collectible set grant only half of the renown. Everyone's current renown has been doubled to reflect this change (it's not our intention that someone with the collectible set that lets you upgrade mobs should be completely uncatchable in the rankings. We'll see how this goes)
- Leftover mobs with rare-like descriptions and stats that have been scattered throughout the world have been fixed
- Some bugs with the reporting of rare mob locations over Conflict have been fixed (ex: New Dikamazi, rares spawned by collectible powers, etc)
- The Vengeful affix will retaliate 20% of pre-critical damage
- The Vengeful affix will no longer retaliate passive damage (bleed ticks, etc)

- A bug allowing you to exceed your daily credit cap has been fixed
- Crafting weapon/armor mods will now properly count for the daily credit crafting task

- %7COLLECTIBLES SHOW <card>% will now indicate if the card is foiled or not
- Tradeskill items without reaction messages will no longer cause blank lines to pop up when you interact with them

- %7TURRET SURGE% damage swing has been reduced. The average should be exactly the same but the minimum and maximum values should be less swingy
