QoL improvements.

Another round of improvements suggested by the wonderful Starmourn community:

- Clan leaders may now CLAN BUY HISTORY for 25,000 marks in order to enable the HISTORY <clan> command
- There is now a HISTORY CONFLICT
- Cosmpiercer mentions on the Conflict channel will also show ownership when exiting/entering their vulnerable phase or being attacked
- There is now a global market channel called Commerce. To communicate on it, simply use COMMERCE <message>. You can config its color like any other channel, consult its history and turn it on/off via COMMERCE ON / COMMERCE OFF.
- The filter part in CARGO CONTENTS ALL/HERE/SHIP <filter> now actually works and will filter out based on the filter string. You can apply this to both the commodity name and the location (when using ALL)
- COSMPIERCER LIST now shows for how long Cosmpiercers are vulnerable
- TT SEARCH <item> now shows the item ID alongside the description of the item. MXP links have been added to the search results: clicking the shop name will perform a TT BROWSE <shop>. Clicking the item name will BUY the item for you.
- You can now TT SEARCH <item> [minlvl] [maxlvl]. This will return items that are in the minlvl-maxlvl range, provided the item you are searching for is a weapon or armor
