Various quality of life additions:

* MARKS LOG now includes timestamps; this is not retroactive, only transactions occuring after this post will have them

* Same for TELLS

* Removed surnames from combat messages

* New command: ROOMNUM

* New command: ECHO - displays whatever you give it as an argument

* INCURSION LIST is sorted by difficulty

* Refinery/autofactory queues now show appropriate time units instead of keeping everything in seconds

* CONFIG PAGELENGTH 0 now disables pagination entirely (be careful - plenty of spam if you e.g. have a lot of messages!)

* Seller market notifications now include the location name

* Mail package sending notifications now include the target
