* Made some background changes to how interrupting chanelled skills works, please file a bug if anything weird happens
* Fixed Combust (Plasmacasting) to scale properly, the amount of available Scorched stacks was off by 1
* Added interrupt messages to Fulmination Outburst and Inferno
* A message is now shown if you try to set fire to a prop that is not flammable
* Fixed Fulmination Negate
