Captaincy tricks and ships.

Another batch of ship updates are now live! Here's the details:

- Ships are now colored by the captain's faction on the space map.

- SHIP BEACON will now show the factional affiliation of any ship in range.

- Captaincy Tricks have been overhauled:
-- MINOROVERLOAD is now known as SKIP, and will skip you ahead 10su on the map on an 8 second cooldown.
-- MAJOROVERLOAD is now known as OVERLOAD and will skip you ahead up to 120su on the map on a 60 second cooldown.
-- FLYBY distance has been increased to 15su.
-- All tricks now consume capacitor charge on use.
-- Ship/component damage from tricks have been removed.
-- A skipdrive is now required for all tricks.

- Freighters and superhaulers no longer have a malus when towing an asteroid or when they have scoops deployed.

- Players can no longer board a ship in the throes of combat.
