[Tinny and canned a voice sounds: "Begin video feed!" the voice from the drone clicking off quickly.]

[A video of a young, pink-haired human woman comes into focus. Sat behind a desk in a styled captain's chair; A friendly-faced, rosy-cheeked young woman sits. As an array of drones flit about her.]

"Hello!"

"For those of you who do not know me, I am Admiral Dominus Savvy Ironbound, pro-tem Space Marshall of the Reynolds cluster and Scatterhome Sector, and Captain of the Reborn Free Fleet. Though I prefer to be known by Savvy."

[Leaning back in her chair, the woman continues speaking]

Due to lapses and ongoing dormancy, our governmental structures have recently been without what leadership we had prior; This is no longer the case!"

"We have grown to include several wonderful, albeit new individuals Within the ranks of our government, myself included. Though certain some of you think the appellation "Wonderful" doesn't apply to me!"

[Smile faltering, she reaches forward, grabbing something out of view before bringing the mug back and taking a small drink from a cute, pikato-shaped mug before continuing.]

"We are rebuilding and restructuring many of the programs we once embarked upon."

"One such is a re-visitation and evaluation of our previously enacted laws: It has always been illegal to gather intelligence within the stations, asteroids, and worlds we call the 'Home. Just as it is illegal on your worlds and stations."

[Now hard-eyed and with a measured voice, she continues speaking.]

"If your agents are operating within our sector of space. Collecting intelligence in any capacity. Either planting listening devices within any of the sector's worlds and or the asteroid cluster we call 'Home, Hacking our Surveillance, or CAC terminal, we will act swiftly to safeguard our domain and with impunity inside of it."

"Those found breaking this law will receive no warning. They will receive no trial, or announcement, and we will ban them from Reynolds, Tethan, Agog, Ishbi, Marle, Haven, Whittler's Hollow, and any other planet we have in the sector."

[Relaxing marginally, she leans back in her chair and takes another sip from the mug still in her hands.]

"Please look for more news from Scatterhome soon! We have several exciting and wonderful things coming!"

[Screen fading to black, the well-known logo for the Free Fleet is visible for several long moments.]
