Spacers! Bands! ... Folks!

Omnifarious Productions and Scatterhome presents:

SCATTERFEST 2!

The second iteration of the LEGENDARY Scatterhome music festival taking place at Gravity, Haven City's number one music venue!

The theme this time is gonna be: REBIRTH. (Performers: As a guideline only - you can do something else if you'd rather, just run it by me)

We're looking for both bands and sponsors for the event.
------
BANDS:
------
Who?
Anyone in a band can apply, whether well-established or just starting out. We'd love to showcase some new talent, as well as welcoming some more well known acts from across the sector. Who knows, we might even get some big names on the bill!

If you'd like to become a performer but aren't yet, you are still very welcome! We love showcasing new talent, and we run a mentoring program called JoyTunes for new musicians to give you support starting out. Check out CLAN INFO JOYTUNES and message me if you're interested!

Do I get paid?
Don't you just hate it when you're asked to work for 'popularity', or 'exposure'? Spacers' gotta eat, right?! Well, NOT ONLY will it genuinely be good for your popularity, but all bands who perform will get also get PAID. Exact payment terms will depend on the sponsorship we get. Not only that, you'll also get your usual cut of the takings.

How do I get on the bill?
"HOW DO I GET ON THE BILL FOR THIS SLICE OF ROCKHOPPIN' PIE?" I hear you all cry! Well, you just need to send me a pitch for your performance. A sentence or so will do, though whatever you like that tells me what sorta set you're gonna do it's an informal application so don't stress too much. Folks from all factions are welcome (as long as you're not enemied, I guess) - it should be a great opportunity to bring folks together. Music is a common language and all that zhudaka.

SPONSORS:
---------
Who?
If you own a business and would like to sponsor the event just send me a message letting me know how much you want to donate and what name/logo you'd like putting on promotional materials. Anonymous donations are accepted if you want, but it's a great opportunity to get your business or org some visibility.

What can I donate?
We're looking for money, primarily. These things ain't free to set up, and we believe in paying artists for their work. We also need sponsored prizes to be given out to attendees who stay for the whole performance. Promo items and credits, that kinda thing.

---------
EVERYONE:
---------
WHEN IS IT?
The date of the event is to be confirmed, but we're looking at holding it between Ansday in the 3rd week of Abyss, and Ansday in the 1st week of Extinction, 960 A.E. (//between 18th-20th Nov some time, depending on what works for the performers). The date will be mutually agreed between the acts and organisers once the acts are confirmed - I'll let you know as soon as it's set!

The festival will have new improved security systems in place, as funded after last time. So you'll be safe in the knowledge you're protected by the latest in JoyTech safety systems.

In the meantime, please message me your pitches/proposals as soon as you can!

Stay heavy,

Orrin Omnifarious
