WELCOMEBACK!

Thanks to an immense amount of help from Elan, we have implemented a new WELCOMEBACK command which is now available in game!

Long awaited and requested by MANY players, this new feature will give spacers returning after 60+ days in cryo new armor for any empty slots, a full set of level and class appropriate weapons, and some clothing + marks to make that defrosting a little less scary.
