Slight Telas Ball change and information.

A quick update!

Some of you may or may not have noticed, but if you dropped your telas ball it would get stuck. This is now fixed.

Secondly, as these are the first modules for the telas balls, here are the stores they are located:
- Jittaq's Souvenirs
- Protagoras Conveniences
- Whittler's Imports and Foodstuffs

If you end up enjoying them, I'll try to hide some around and just not ever tell you. Maybe.

Please include as much detail about things as you can in your bug reports if any items break, promo or not.
