Class updates, bugfixes, etc.

Class related changes and fixes:

%6BEAST%:
- When determining weapon damage, BEASTs will now use the best weapon in that slot (meaning that if you do a minigun attack and you have a netlauncher with higher damage, the damage of the netlauncher will be counter instead)
- %7DOUSE% now increases damage taken from ALL Thermal damage sources, not only gun-based, thermal attacks

%6Scoundrel%:
- Being afflicted by %7GUILE TRIP% will make the target immune to being tripped again for a short period of time (roughly two standard balance timers)
- %7GUNSLINGING BACKFLIP% will now respect movement limitations (we'll see how this plays out)
- Loyals no longer count towards preventing %7GUILE BUG%s being placed
- %7SHOULDERROLL% will now properly damage Scoundrels if they trigger a hidden IED
- People afflicted with disorientation should no longer leave confusing %7TRACKS%
- %7GAUGE% will no longer eat up 2 bullets when picking your target. It still requires that you have a bullet available but will only use it when you actually perform the shot on leaving cover
- Failing to find a target for your %7FLING% or %7FORCEFEED% ability, will automatically put the IED back into your bandolier

%6Engineers%:
- %7HEARTSTART% will now remove ALL copies of a person's corpses, no matter where they are.
- %7PROPSHRINK <TARGET>% will now work even if both the caster and the target are hiding behind the same prop
- %7PROJECTOR% will now interfere with ALL movement attempts, including crashing

%6Fury%:
- %7HEW% will now proc weak knees by hitting a random leg if the target is already afflicted with weak knees

%6Nanoseer%:
- Wrong combat messages were indicating that %7DISARM% always failed, even if it didn't. That is now fixed

%6Skirmishing%:
- If you %7EVALUATE% another player, you will now learn what they are most and least resistant to, as well as an approximate resistance value
- %7SILENTORDERS% has been removed due to redunancy (The same effect could be used with crews/tells/custom clans)
- Replacing the above ability is %7PACING% : You will now stop your attempt to leave a room if there are people in your crew and following you that are off-balance. (no more leaving people behind while bashing). This ability will not prevent you from being forcibly moved, so if you find any exploits related to one member keeping themselves off-balance in order to prevent the target from being moved, please BUG them.
- %7OVERWATCH% now works

%6Exploration%:
- Appropriate environments have now been flagged as diggable, finally allowing you to %7BURY% and %7DIG% up buried items. Shovels required. Start your treasure hunts!

%6Captaincy%:

- Destroying an enemy ship's shields will now send a message to the attacker as well (works for both player and NPC ships)
- %7SHIP FLYBY% now properly uses up capacitor charge and it uses more capacitor charge than %7SKIP%
- %7SHIP FLYBY% is now affected by interdictor beams
- %7SHIP RESCUE% will now fail if the ship moves while waiting for the rescue attempt to be accepted
- %7CARGO LOAD% will now prioritize connected ships to nearby planets/stations. Priority order is (docked)Station -> floating cargo -> connected ships -> nearby stations/planets.

%6General%:

- Forcewalls created by %7COSMPIERCER FORCEWALL% will now properly block crashing out of the room
- Mobs that prone will now give the prone affliction instead of the roundabout state they used to give. They will also put you briefly off-balance
- You can no longer use PTPs while in combat
- You can no longer use voidgates while engaged in ship combat
- %7COSMPIERCER DISRUPT% will now interfere with ALL movement attempts, including crashing
- Sitting down should no longer reveal masked entities' names
- Some issues with attempting to %7DESIGN RETRIEVE% public designs from cold storage have been fixed
- The game will now try to properly display whether someone is sitting ON or AT something. This will be wonky when multiple people share the same prop though.
- The %7HACK% command will now show a syntax menu if you fail to be in a place with a valid TERMINAL or just use the %7TERMINAL% command
- Lots of typos fixed
