Icehorn trouble.

Tucky Grish is looking for some help at the Winterflame Festival. Apparently all the ruckus has woken up a particularly nasty icehorn in a nearby cavern who's causing all sorts of trouble...

%7NOTE%: we're trying out a new loot reward system for this event boss (and going forward, will probably use the same system). Killing the boss and completing the quest from Tucky will reward you with a gear token which you can then %7REDEEM% at the appropriate vendor for a specific piece of Winterflame themed gear. We've heard your complaints about too much variance in the type of drops you get and we figure that at least bosses should reward you with the type of gear you need or are missing.
