Chop Shops.

A little clarification about our newly implemented chop shops:
- Each faction station has their own chop shop which sells thematic customizations. So the paint jobs, decals, etc. you find on Danica are not the same ones you will find at Reynolds or the Crossings
- There is also a chop shop at Omni which, again, sells different customizations and there is yet another chop shop somewhere on a neutral station that has its own customizations.
