New MMR Season: Duolicious.

Hail all,

We are coming upon the final hours of this month's season of MMR, and it seems like our kind kombatants are happy for me to be in the lead! Will someone dethrone me in the moments before Sync? Would anyone dare? Stay tuned and we'll find out!

In the meantime, the time for hearts to flutter and love to be found everywhere is upon us - and what better way than to celebrate with the return of our duos theme? I dub the next season Double Trouble no more, but let's all have our way with each other to make the next season absolutely DUOLICIOUS!

In essence, for the following Season, all kombatants will need to seek their own partners to fight others in usual MMR fashion. The only catch? THERE IS NONE! This season, feel free to explore all partnerships and group fights to your heart's content. Every kombatant may feel free to switch partners as they see fit through the season, and no fixed teams are set.

While this means each kombatant shall gain points individually, I shall also be tracking Duos with the highest scoring together as a team, and award them accordingly.

Aside from duos, if you should be able to organize threes or fours or even more, I shall award special prizes by way of credits or marks depending on the group activities done!

Scoring:
2v2 format
Winning duo get 2 points each
Losing duo get 0 points each
In case of Draw, all surviving contestants get 1 point each
Points will be given to you depending on which profession you were, so the same pairs may fight against enough other and continue to score points depending on their classes.
For example, Xuthori and Jaidyn as a pair may fight Solus and Mystor as a pair multiple times as different class combinations such as:
1) Xuthori-Fury and Jaidyn Scoundrel vs Solus Scoundrel and Mystor Nanoseer
2) Xuthori-Engineer and Jaidyn Scoundrel vs Solus Scoundrel and Mystor Nanoseer
3) Xuhori-Enginner and Jaidyn Nanoseer vs Solus Scoundrel and Mystor BEAST
and so on and so forth.
The combinations possible are very high, so the same pool of 4 kombatants could continue to fight each other many times and gain scores accordingly. This combination grows the more people participate, so the more the merrier!

Prizes:
Class Rankings - Top person in each class gets 25credits for the month and a Temporary Title
Overall Rankings - 1st place: 100credits; 2nd place: 50credits; 3rd place: 25credits; and top ranker gets a Temporary Title
Duo Rankings - Top pair gets 50 credits each.

Special Prizes: 1 credit or 10k marks each to all participants of 3v3s and 4v4s and 5v5s etc. This is repeatable!
===

Normal MMR rules apply as per usual. I hope this hasn't been too confusing, but the quick takeaway is- JOIN US FOR MMR DUOLICIOUS, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Please let me know if you have any questions on this!

In Honour,
Xuthori
