[voiceover announcement by an overly cheerful female Nath-El reporter] In sector wide news today, a new swap shop tent has opened in Omni, run by Joy Company's Clover Moonchild and Orrin Moonchild to be a, to quote Orrin Moonchild, "kinda hub for new or returning spacers"!

[A video clip of a large W'hoorn with golden wings and shimmering leaf tattoos all over his head appears. He is sitting on a colorful couch wearing a yellow JoyCo t-shirt. Text appears, announcing him to be 'Orrin Moonchild - Agent of Joy'. He talks to someone off-camera, as though he's being interviewed. The video is clearly the most relevant parts from a longer interview edited together.]
"You mighta noticed a new tent has popped up by the trade terminals at Omni.

To explain simply: it's a place where you can donate your unwanted items, and where other people can pick 'em up for free.

Living on Omni, I get to see a lot of spacers who are just startin' out, wearing a stinky old jumpsuit, or are disoriented or have come outta cryo after a while and... well... found 'emselves to be runnin' around naked.
[Orrin chuckles.]

Then I also found myself scrapping decent armor and with a wardrobe full of clothes I ain't gonna wear and thought - flakk, this sounds like a job for Joy Company!

We would love for the tent to be a kinda hub for new or returning spacers. And anyone else who needs anything, really."

[The video fades out leaving the following in text, which the Nath-el reporter reads, cheerful as ever.]

The tent is situated by the trade terminals at Omni Station. From the transport bay it's just up then west.

Most of the stock is open access so you can just come and donate or take stuff as you please.

To see what there is available, look at the furniture.

If you take stuff out to have a look and don't want it, please put it back.

The 'trading booth' works slightly differently. The idea is that you can put your more valuable items in the booth to get a token. You can only take from the booth if you've donated to the booth. You can use the 'token tracker' to see how many tokens you've got available.

Please don't donate genelocked items or junk.
Please respect the space, the property, and your fellow spacers whilst in the tent. No violence or destruction please. Keep it for the arena.

[The holovid cuts back to Orrin, who talks directly to the camera]

"If you wanna just come and chat, or you need directions, or anything really, just let us know and we'll do our best to help. So come along, take a look, donate your wares! If you have any questions just let me or Clover know!"

[the rainbow Joy Company logo is shown - the letter O in Joy is a sun, and the letter O in Co is a moon, drawn in a simple lineart style with a neat font - before the holovid fades out]
