OOC and public channels.

While the game is still very new, and there's a lot of questions to be asked and answered, I just wanted to remind everyone that you are expected to be "In character" when talking in public spaces and on public channels (**)

What this means - you should be talking as your character, not as you, the player behind the character. No talk about lag, the forums, a game system bug, or anything else that's considered "Out of character". Your character in Starmourn does not know that they are in a game, after all, so such talk is simply jarring to other people who are trying to immerse themselves in the world.

Take a look at HELP IC for more information on the topic, but please note that we'll start enforcing this from this point forward.

(**) Newbie is an obvious exception to this rule, due to the "help" nature of this channel.
